Developer duo sees condos resuscitating old City Hospital site

Plans to revive the old City Hospital on the southern edge of downtown have come and collapsed since the turn-of-the-century complex closed in 1985. Now Lafayette Square developers Chris Goodson and Trace Shaughnessy - the energetic partners behind the new Abbey on the Park condominiums - are ready to launch a $24 million plan to convert the main building to 101 market-rate condos. > More
